Approach
No six-month discovery phase that ends in a slide deck. Each stage produces something you can use or reject.
We sit with the people doing the work and watch the current process. Half of what a brief asks for turns out not to be the problem — better to learn that in week one than in month six.
A narrow, working version in front of real users, fast. It settles arguments that no specification can, and it tells us which parts are genuinely hard.
The real system: tested, documented, instrumented. Built on tools you can hire for, deployed where your governance requires.
Training, documentation and the keys. You should be able to run, change and extend it without us. We stay on if you want us, not because you are stuck.

About
Global Digital Mojo began as a group of postgraduates from computer science, psychology, marketing and design. That mix was deliberate, and we have kept it.
Most systems that fail do not fail on the code. They fail because nobody watched how the work is really done, or because the people expected to use the thing were never asked. Having psychologists and designers in the room from day one is not decoration — it is why our projects land.
We are based in Cyberport, Hong Kong, and we work with schools, public bodies and businesses across the region.
